I have the Dec 1st file but he's still on there. I can see the international FA's too.

I mean that a commish will probably step in and release him for you.

Him being on your roster has been a complaint of yours for a couple files now. The game clearly didn't do something right.

I wonder if it had to do with the $2M buyout. Manning is the first player I've ever signed to a deal like that and I don't know how often (if ever) they are declined.

Hate that I spent time and made offers already but we are going to need a new file with Manning cut.

I hate causing a fuss but like Carlos showed it was clearly declined and I mentioned it in the other thread too. It's a $8M difference in my budget which is significant given this FA class and the fact we are trying to field a competitive team next year.

Oh no I have been working in this file for 45 minutes. Just advance one day, release Manning and don't throw all my work away. Nothing is going to change... No one will sign the first day. They only will aknowledge your offer.

I think the commish can import files, release Manning, deduct $2 mm, and then put out a new file. I doubt any advancing needs to be done.

                      But that's what I think. I don't actually know.

my abritrational values for players got all messed up. Specifically Ethan Neal who was only seeking like 1mil in ballooned all the way up to 6mil+. He was asking no where near that number.

                          Arbitration is definitely different now.

I'll adjust. I just would be saved the money and let him hit FA. I've never seen that happen from one version to the next.

Could one of the commishes submit his FA offers and override the team budget?

I do, however, like the new arbitrator, he seemed to rule in the favour of our team a lot!
