Just write down your offers you made, and it won't be a big deal.

    Toronto needs their money dammit!

We're talking 2 real life years in rebuilding. It's time for us to try and compete! We can't even make any offers at all with Manning on the team.

I can't even find him on your team. I had to search for him and cut him. Your player expenses went from $19m to $29m for 2020 but I lowered it back to $21m due to the buyout.

You now have $5m for FA. I'll release a new file shortly.

Obviously this is a bug. It needs to be reported in the OOTP forums and we need to watch this in the future. Maybe just a thread of who was released for the commish to check over. We might have to do more 0.5 Offseason SIMs so if this happens again the commish can release them before we get to this point.

This doesn't seem right either. Did you release any other players that would give you $19m in owed money for 2020?

            Thanks Matt.

I'll have that $5M + the lowering effect of PD and Scouting. But it's still meaningful.

Toronto is the only team with player expenses for 2020 so something is still off. I have a feeling the game charged him (possibly several times) for the Manning bug. I'll wait until we figure out if this is correct or not before I release a new file.

Matt - I sent you a new PM. On the November 7th HTML transaction log, Donovan, Nelson, and Manning were all "released" before the December 1st date. Technically they should have been released to the FA pool on December 1st.

It appears I'm being penalized for those expiring contracts.

I was wrong. Maine has them for 2020 and 2021, around $7m for each year. NY has them for 2020 but it's only $419k.

$5.5 million of those miscellaneous player expenses in Maine's case represent the released Ignacio Alvarez's salary.

                      They should be on there.

Not sure what the rest is.

It only shows Manning having a 2020 contract with you. The other ones appear to be fine.

I'm gonna have to go back a few SIMs and look at things.

                          This could take a bit.

I don't have the file in front of me. Did Toronto and Maine finish in debt last year?

Could explain some of the owed money if it isn't tied to a player.

I just went through my transactions from OOTP 16 for players being released because that's what I'm assuming goes into the Misc Player Expenses.

                              Jan 2019: C - Zayne Abplanalp - $700K
Nov 2019: Manning, Donovan, Nelson ones (which should have occurred on Dec 1st when they filed for free agency).

I believe we may have finished in some debt but I don't think $19M worth.
