How many times a day do people tell you no because they have p90x collecting dust in the closet? I bet that's the biggest threat to the nordictrack in history. Or whatever you sell.

                        Philadelphia Freedom (19 - 13, 1st)

4-2 week overall. We’ll take it. The Bats continue to frustrate us, but I guess that’s to be expected (especially when we visit their park). We just can’t ever seem to take a series from them. We always manage to win 1, but never take the series.

                        1-2 @ Washington

Gm 1: Tim Nathan continued a bit of an alarming trend of pitching subpar-ly (5.2IP | 8 H | 5 ER | 3 K). We need better from him and we expect him to round back into shape soon. Young 4th OFer Dave Ibison went 2 for 3 and launched his 2nd HR of the season (a solo shot). Joe Seagarra hit his 2nd as well in a 1 for 5 performance.
                        PHI 3 WAS 5

Gm 2: Joe Arredondo was wild and saw his ERA creep over 2.00 with a below average performance (6.0 IP | 6 H | 3 ER | 4 BB | 2 K | 1 WP | 1 HB), and took the loss as we mustered nothing against Bats’ SP Cristofor Villazon. The offense scored 1 run on 4 hits with Jim Newlin raking 2 of those hits (1 of them his 4th HR).
                        PHI 1 WAS 3

Gm 3: We avoided the sweep with Ben Irvin on the hill (7.0 IP | 4 H | 2 ER | 3 BB | 7 K) as he notched his first victory on the young season. SS Geoff Scott was 2 for 4 and scored 3 runs while driving in 2. Greg Josey, Joe Seagarra, Jose Urra and Ben Irvin (2 for 2 with a single and a double from our SP) had multi hit games as well.
                        PHI 7 WAS 2

                        3-0 vs Wilmington

Gm 1: Ray Minnoz continues to impress (8.0 IP | 8 H | 3 ER | 1 BB | 3 K) despite not fooling anyone with his stuff. We will take that kind of outing from our #5 any day of the week. That is 3 straight starts for him with at least 8 IP and 3 ER’s or less and 5 out of 6 starts with those numbers as well. Joe Seagarra was the offensive standout on the evening, driving in 4 runs with a 2 for 4 performance that consisted of 2 doubles.
                        WIL 4 PHI 7

Gm 2: Joe Aurillo was Joe Aurillo (8.0 IP | 7 H | 3 ER | 2 BB | 9 K) to earn his 4th W of the year. The offense gave him a quick 3-0 lead with a 3 spot in the bottom of the 1st when Jim Newlin ripped his 5th HR of the year (a 3 run, two out HR). Geoff Scott was 2 for 2 and scored 2 runs. Joe Alveraz picked up his 11th save with a quiet 9th.
                        WIL 3 PHI 6

Gm 3: A chance for a sweep and the hometown boys didn’t disappoint. Tim Nathan rebounded with an “OK” effort (6.2 IP | 5 H | 1 ER | 1 BB | 5 K) to even his record at 3-3. The offense touched up Jerome Middlebrooks for 6 ER in 5.0 IP. Jim Newlin lead the way once again, driving in 3 runs with a 2 for 4 evening. Jose Urra and Victor Alveraz each had 2 for 4 nights as well.
                        WIL 1 PHI 6

                        Good:

Ben Irvin had a 2 for 2 day at the plate and solid outing on the mound in his 1start this week

                        Jim Newlin continued his hot start - .333 | .440 | .667 with 2 HR and 7 RBI

                        Joe Seagarra had his 1st good week - .318 | .385 | .636 with 1 HR and 7 RBI

Geoff Scott scored 7 runs and put up a line of .316 | .480 | .526 (love that OBP)

Joe Alveraz has had 1 bad game this season, otherwise he has been rock steady. Another 2 SVs in 2 tries this week without giving up any runs

                        Not as Good:

Still didn’t get over the WAS hump

Tim Nathan had 1 bad and 1 decent outing. Hoping he gets back on a good, steady track soon.

                          A winning week. I don't believe it.
