      I'll take it.

And BTW, I say it is interesting because I don't think I've seen such a huge difference from scout to OSA.

I didn't look in game so I'm not sure what my scout thinks but that's interesting. OSA thinks he can't even find the position.

And no one would know better than the guy who spent six years pointing Jamie McPherson in the direction of center field and grunting.

I'm super pumped about how Jimmy Gray has responded to bring moved to LF. Top WAR in the BLB and my scout says he's one of the best defenders in the league. The guy's tearing it up offensively too. We'll see how he does against NY next sim, but so far he couldn't be doing better.

I'm pretty sure my exact words AFTER I traded him were, "Good riddance. He's a f'n cancer."

I never had any other player that I traded for, play as well as he did, but yet our team was significantly worse after picking him up.

It's going to be hard to vote for him when his name is on the ballot.

I verified this morning that my scout has him at a 5, but everything else mirrors OSA. But it's definitely a nice catch, Z.

It illustrates how far off OSA can really be.

My scout sees him as a 5 as well.

My scout, by the way, agrees with OSA's assessment. 2 at first base, no rating at third base.

I wonder if because Brad "sees" D.J. play more often, his scout is going have a better handle on D.J.'s ability.

I don't know, but in fairness to my scout, defensive statistics over the last several years suggest LaRossa is a terrible defensive third baseman.

He does seem to be performing more acceptably in the first few weeks of this season -- at least in terms of having good hands and a strong arm -- although it's hard for me to say how much is genuine improvement as opposed to a small sample.
