I'm still the commish and running the sims.
With my current team I've observed that I seem to have more booms and fewer busts than other teams. I have no evidence to prove this one way or another so it may be a faulty observation or it may just be that I've been unusually lucky. However, part of me started to wonder if OOTP is biased a little bit towards the user. Since I always ran the sims as my 'Andrew' user maybe OOTP was helping my team slightly?
Like I said, I have no idea if this is true but just to be safe I decided to create a separate user to run the sims as. My 'Andrew' account is no longer a commissioner in game so is setup identically to your accounts. I'll make all Guides changes under the Andrew account and run the sims and all commissioner duties under the new commish account.
Once we decided this was the setup we wanted to go with, we decided to have a little fun with it.

Plus, it sets the groundwork for a new "commish" in '95 when he becomes GOV of Texas.

I don't read a lot on the OOTP forums so I don't know if this is true for anyone else, but I have seen this being the case in single-player 100%. I'd start a game with MLB rosters, choose one of the worst teams in the league (Reds, Pirates, etc.), I wouldn't make any trades or signings, and I would improve the teams win total by about 20 wins in comparison to what the team normally does when the season is simulated.
I like the idea of "W" though. Gives Clay another creative outlet.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041
Washington Bats - 1979-2013

In a multi-player league, you assume 100% of the teams are making moves and adjustments.
Like I told Andrew (and I belive it 100%)... his team's success can more likely be attributed to...well... his team's success. I think the successful organizations keep morale high and tend to be more successful in developing players. If you look at the Organizations in the BLB that have always been good... the orgnanizations that have always been bad... and the few that have been both... I think you see a pattern.
