Everyone else has their own thread, so f*** it, we deserve one too. We may not be the Stout, but I'll be damned if anyone in the Stout can clearly say they are THAT MUCH better than Philly or Baltimore.

    Now that is done.

This has been a really shitty couple of months for us. We lose Tandy for a month(he's finally back now), Latham is likely gone for the rest of the season, and Mabbett is also likely out for the rest of the season. Luckily for us, our bullpen has been lights out keeping us in games after our starters keep getting us in terrible positions. I'm hoping for a little boost of offense with Tandy's return. BA #9 Prospect, Ivan Garcia will play out the rest of the year as I think he will just be under the allotted play time and will be eligible for ROY in '86.

I doubt if we are able to catch Philly as I just don't have the money to make a deadline trade.

I'd like to add that Baltimore really hates everything Californian. We hate the Pacific Ocean, we hate movie stars and we can't stand In-And-Out. We hate both Kodiaks and Wildfires.

Be careful with Garcia's eligibility. I think the limit is 130 at bats; if he plays regularly he'll probably go over.

Bats before Sept. 1 is all that counts right?

I don't think so. But I could be wrong.

So 7 of your 48 wins came against us? That is pretty depressing for you and me.

A$$ kissing will get you far.

Being an actual Giants fan will get you farther (I hope ).

Spot, how did you end up a Phillies / NY Giants fan? Did the doctors perform some kind of genetic experiment on you as a child?
