The Pilots swept the defending champs in Seattle (3-0) and then proceeded to lose two of three in Miami. We also get IF Nehemiah Daniel back this week who was out with a sore elbow.

At 15-4 I feel like we are catching a lot of lucky breaks and will come back to Earth soon. However, with Philly/Car/INd at 13-6 and Pitt at 14-5, we can't slow down too much.

Turns out that we suck just as bad against the DL as we do the IL... Once again, we are absolutely brutal!

A good week for the Bats as we went 6-1 to pull within a game of the division lead. I wasn't counting on a hot start given how titled our start is towards road games, so I'm happy with where we sit at the moment. We swept our only series at home thus far and have held our own on the road.

We got a big week from Dave Davidson, who took home IL POTW. I've been waiting for him to have an all-star type of season, so maybe this is a start. We've also gotten some good play from Tom Aubin, who I'm hoping can be a nice player in a platoon role. On a negative note, we really need to get Justin Babbage back in the lineup, since my other CF options aren't really working out at all and I'm terrified to play Bert Garza there everyday.

Garza has never been the same since playing a season in California!
