Played KC well taking two out of 3 then ditto with Montreal.

SP Cook fresh from a trade did what alot of guys do when first traded.. SUCKED. Watts on the other hand has shaken off the offseason rust and playing like an Ace again. Overall a bunch of hot and cold players.

Were not a pretty team right now, but hey were 22-21 and showing fight.

          The Sim: 3-3 week; 2-1 vs. NY, 1-2 vs. DC. None of the games were close: 11-2, 10-5, 1-12, 1-7, 3-6, 10-1.

The Good: Other hitters besides Ulloa are finally picking up the slack. Seattle is now 2nd in the IL in hits and homeruns, with a top five ranking on all other hitting categories besides walks (7th).

The Bad: Starting to think SP Chas Brooks might be a bust. The 23rd overall pick in 2018 and former top 30 prospect has shown no improvement in three BLB seasons (ratings-wise) and has been my worst pitcher this season. Still just 24-years-old but I can't keep throwing him out there once a week until he improves.

The Ugly: The Pilot pitching staff ranks last in the IL in walks, throwing 3.2 per game.

Next Week: 3 vs. Philadelphia, 3 @ Washington - Seattle is 2nd in the Bock but 6 games back of PHO and .5 games back of the PHI for the final WC spot.
          Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
          Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041

Our pitching has been excellent. If anyone needs cheap salary pitching I've got 3 LSP (Vigueras, Gantt, Reyes) and a bunch of strong bullpen arms (Stewart, Erickson and Stough) I would trade for picks in this draft.

Actively shopping Lanoie with other picks to move up or back into round 1. He's gonna do well out of Vegas.

Anyone want to give Willie de Leon a new life? He has no protection in this line-up and is a solid middle IF.

Nice 9-1 stretch for the boys. CJ Cohen fit in seamlessly and Jamie O'Hearn is on pace for like 74 HR. Sweet.

Nice road trip for the Brawlers as we go 4-2 taking 2 out of 3 from both Carolina and Batavia. Dave Gladden must have raised his average 60 points this trip though he is still hitting less than .200. At least it's moving in the right direction and he did display some power this week as well. Need the rest of the team to step it up though. Dave Walker had a 4 hit, 1 run performance wasted as we couldn't get a run from our eight hits to finish the week. Hoping Jamie Hayden gets well soon!!

It's still pretty early but even still C.J. Wilkinson's attempt to hit .400 is captivating.

Currently at .449 on May 23.

It's been a ridiculous season for that man. He's hitting 0.500 since being moved to the leadoff spot. Swept Montreal and split on the road with Dallas made for a solid 5-2 week. The offence and pitching seem to be working together now. Morla is putting up another unbelievable season with the added help in the lineup seem to be taking a lot of pressure off.

Sedivec is clearly a cancer. Best week of the season for Philly the week he gets shipped out. Coincidence?

                            1) Flores made other teams who didn't trade for him look bad.

                            2) As badly as my lineup needs Kendrick to hit well, let's give him more than one week.
