Of the 20 Original BLB Franchises, I'm sure most could easily guess which franchise has the lowest number of Reg Season wins (California Wildfire/Kodiaks - 1388), but do you know who has the 2nd fewest and what they have in common?

I don't know the team, but my guess is they both changed their names. I figure that's the most wild thing that Linty has done with his organization.

I know Washington changed their name, but I also know they are nowhere close to lowest anything (except for lifeform).

Well, I see the team and my guess is also half right because the answer did change the name of their team.
