We have an issue here boys and this could get a bit tricky. POR already traded their 2025 3rd to UTA in another deal.

        Oh boy.

Well, if all parties are amenable, I'll volunteer to swap that '25 3rd to a '26, eh? Whatever it takes really to not make it too complicated. I have a glut of picks next year and this should not be a big deal for me.

It's no big deal, you can keep the 5th you obviously didn't mean to give up both the '25 and '26 thirds.

So in-game, if the other trade was already processed, I guess you would just start by giving Portland's 2026 3rd to Dakota, then swap it with the 2025 3rd (POR) UTA is currently holding.

Thanks Nutah. That's what I've had to do, completed this trade with POR's 2026 3rd, then swapped the 2025 and 2026 3rds between DAK and UTA. I think we're all squared away now.
