Portland needs an OLB

Doesn't have to be a stud, but must be startable. I run a 4-3, so pass rushing ratings do not mean much to me. I'm looking for a LB to who play run defense, cover, and has good endruance.

I'm willing to move picks or comparable players at positions where I am deep. Such as DL, DB, WR, etc.
