Rough Year has gone by and so it is time for the rebuild. A weak and aging roster wont take us very far so Anchorage will go into painful rebuilding.
There are some good guys on the roster so if anyone wants to give one of the guys a shot at glory before their careers end go ahead.

Long story short:
Everyone on the Roster is Available for Draft Picks or players who are in their 3rd season at max

Only Exceptions are the following:

Carson Powell - CB
Major Burroughs - LB
Caleb Huiz - C
Noah Zenger - WR
Devin Carpenter - RB
