If the person I'm looking to draft gets taken before my pick at 1.13, I'd be looking to drop down.

I'm not sure what picks you have in the second, but the 13th pick's value is 1150 and the 25th pick is 720, so a mid-to-low 2nd round pick would make the values match up.
