Mega stud WR Marty Hudson is available. Need to go another direction in Port City.

I will take offers and let those interested know where they stand. If I don't get the right offer for him, I will keep him.

Definitely going to take more than the other WR trade. Hudson has much better bars and excellent stats...

1 year older. In other leagues....guys like Hudson would pull 3 1sts and 3 2nds at a minimum. He has almost completely full red bars in all but return categories.

Isn't he 6th year and the other was 2nd? I'd still take him though. He'd put us in the playoffs the next 5 seasons.

I have too much fun drafting though. All though I'll go the NFL route and trade for a stud receiver coming off a SB for a 3rd.

The other WR is 5th year. So it's comparable.

If anything you only slightly overpaid for Liening IMO. A guy like that is worth it. I had a deal with Utah once for Colin Fletcher for something like 2 1sts (maybe more? I forget.) Liening is better than Fletcher was at the point.

Nutah wised up and kept Fletcher, unfortunately for me. :)

hudson is 2 years older 2001 vs 2003 year of birth for leinning and if im not mistaken age matters more than years played.

to be clear im splitting hairs here hudson is an animal

i think 3 1st and a couple 2nds is a bargain the main burn for me was giving up the RB emmerson, he had a slight fumble problem ,but so did will shumway but he grew out of it.

i guess i have a bit of a RB fetish

I don't think there's any definite knowledge here, but I always thought (and was told) that "years" is pretty much the only thing that matters.

I wouldn't be surprised if birth date, like home town or college, is a purely cosmetic detail added to players, with the only real effect being determining affinities and conflicts.

Hudson is definitely a freakin' beast. Wonder how many playoff caliber teams with ammo are left. The whole idea of giving up three 1's and more of course, is if you know you're going to be a great team. If you're going to be struggling anyways, might as well hold on to all those top 15 picks.

Zero offers. Weird. Figured a team in the hunt would want the best receiver in the league.

I figured someone would still throw an offer out on the table...
