If you employ an offense with a decent qb, and very good to great receivers and a te, you will beat anyone 4 out of 5 times that isn't employing the same setup regardless of how good their team is.
honestly, I'm not mad. lol. just speaking in regards to the thread. I'm kind of relieved i'm not trading for a receiver. I think the decision was a bit rash. The team I inherited was on the decline. I'm happy with what I got out of the team the past two seasons, and was looking for a quick fix to help me extend another winning season or two at most. And then I still may not have done too well.
Thinking of blowing up the team, actually. Need to do something to make the game fresh for me. The game has become pretty stale. I rarely rebuild teams. I usually just try to win with whatever I want. I'm in four leagues. I may blow up three of the teams. Maybe it will be fun.
More than all 3 of those lineman picked in the top 5 would...which is why there's an offer for 3 1sts, a 2nd, and a 3rd...and that's been beat!
That's my point.
And I'm not trying to throw Koz's trade block off-line...just would love a little more balance in the game, that's all. One can only dream though.
im with you on this matt as ive learned this game, never having played solo, its been a frustrating reminder how UN-football this football game is. more importantly how this game goes from extremes of predictability to random madness.
i try to reconcile all i know about football with this game and i rise and fall. all that being said id rather spend hours game planning for this game than playing madden or backbreaker.
