Looking at what my round 2 DE did in camp, I think I can live without a round 1 investment on a DE for a few more seasons yet. Still have a +6 UDFA from last year around as well.
I'll entertain offers on Kau as long as a 1 is involved. Actually, I'm looking for a stud DT. So I'd talk about a veteran player here as well.
I'm having similar thoughts about my round 1 RB Michael Glenn. No promises either way though. I don't really need the draft stock, so it's more like, 'If I can get by without them, why not?' and get those needs filled when it's more urgent.
WR Gary Preston 24/39
Asking: 7th, any year.
Preston looks like one of those pretty sucky WRs with pretty decent (mid-40s) BPR. He has not-too-low GD (mid 40s as well right now in current) and high endurance to go with it. I guess that's not too bad, but it's not inspiring. So neither is the asking price.
