How exactly does it work ?

Does the AI approve or does the commish approve?

Do we work on trades on the boards and then the commish just makes it happen?

The game doesn't approve or disapprove trade (except if it would put a team over the cap.) It is up the commish/leadership of the league to determine how trades will be handled.

Hey Noob.

Most initial proposals are posted then the offers are pm'd. You don't want anyone seeing your offer, cause then they'll raise to beat it. Some leagues have a commisioner stamp of approval, some are pretty much carte blanche. There is a trade chart running around FOF that shows equitable draft pick trades so no-one is getting screwed. If I can't find it, i"m sure someone has it.

Its just a point value for that pick. So for example.. the 1st pick in the 1st round is worth 3000 points and so on.

Yes..but just because something doesn't add it, doesn't mean it's not a good trade.
