LB Rico Hammond (49/49) entering his 8th year.

Probably looking at a 4th rounder or so for him. He is a run stuffer who would fit well inside with his size. Would make a strong 4-3 MLB and deserves some PT somewhere.

SS Quinn Glenn (55/55) entering his 7th year.

Glenn is a strong run support safety who has shown the ability to cover as well. He isn't expensive either, 1.75 mil a season over the next 2 years to whoever takes him. Looking for a 4th.

MLB Nathan Spriggs (60/60) entering his 7th year.

3rd in the league in tackles a year ago, and still improving. We can't afford to try and re-sign him, so we figure its better to try and get something out of him while we can. Looking for a 3rd rounder.

Looking for a 5th for this underrated defender.

I am still open to moving these guys if you have a need to fill that you have been unable to acquire. I may actually be able to afford one or two of them next year, so theyre not being cut. I'll cut lesser players if need be. Both Spriggs and Hammond went up a point in TC according to my scout.
