The first round of the OSFL draft was held today, and on day 1 the Portland Phantoms selected the following 2 players.
The first one is S Malcolm Hawkins(UCF), selected with pick 1.19, and will wear #21. Shown here after a pick 6, Hawkins stands at 5'11'' and has the skill sets to contribute immediately. He will more than likely play CB this season. Hawkins is a playmaker and has a reputation of being a ball hawk and heavy hitter.

With the second selection in the first round pick 1.21 The Portland Phantoms selected MLB Danny Banks(Syracuse). Banks is a prototype MLB, and projects to be the starting MLB this season. He stands 6'1' and weighs 244 and is only 22 years old. He checks all the boxes you would want as a MLB, and we couldn't be happier, said GM FlexD, he will wear the #54 for Portland and should anchor the Middle for years to come.
GM FlexD stated these were the top 2 guys on their board and were estatic they were available that late in round 1
