Welcome fans to another update of Las Vegas Sports Radio. Las Vegas was not as active this year as far as trades go they did make two though more on that later. Coming off their first ever division championship biggest need we saw was to resign QB Kirk Grossman who we feel is a huge reason for our success. Next we signed FA MLB Kerry Reid 63/63 who we are hoping will help us in our weakest aspect stopping the run. Too many teams have been running the ball down our throats last few years. He has excellent run stopping ability. Next in draft 1st rd we had TE Brandon Millard & RB Mason Manso on our board with the 1.25 pick once Millard went at 1.16 we got on the phone with Chicago and traded up to 1.17 to secure Mason. 2nd rd we went Def with OLB Detmer Rico also with excellent run stopping potential. It is very important we feel to improve as a team we had to stop the run this upcoming year. 3rd rd we was shocked to see FB Grant Gabe still o the board we never interviewed him as we expected him to go early 2nd to mid second round. Anyways with his potential blocking skills and the loss of G Eden we began looking at other teams in front of us who might draft him and sure enough we thought the Sharks of Ohio might just do that so we contacted Gainsville and moved up two spots to get ahead of Ohio and grab him. Our last 2 picks of the draft we hope will be solid and hold their own in case of injuries G Reggie Hanks who we see as avg, and DE Walt Brock who we doubt will help with run but could be huge in passing game and get some sacks. We also resigned C Carter Phillips and got TE Damian Lucas 54/54 from FA and have a couple other offers out. We hope to find last few pieces with LFA That is all for this year from your Outlaws.
