Warhawks add vet QB Gaddy

Today the Waco Warhawks added 11th year veteran QB Jarrod Gaddy. The former first overall draft pick lead the Brooklyn Hitmen to a 14-2 record last season. Gaddy was traded to Brooklyn for fellow QB O.J. Sheldon during the 2040 offseason. Brooklyn released Gaddy from his contract after drafting QB Wesley Bunting with the first overall pick in the most recent OSFL draft.

It expected that Gaddy will back up former seventh round pick Herman Pritchett. Waco adds some veteran QB experience to the Waco roster after QB Luther Lyon returned to Port City as a free agent. Waco also has kick holding specialist Nick Noble and youngsters Eddie Ibisi and Elias Buchanan on the roster.

In 152 career games, Gaddy thrown for 203 touchdowns and 143 interceptions with and 80.0 QB rating.

It's been proven that Gaddy is a top QB IF you can play to his strengths like bomber did last season. Unfortunately for us, he was a liability

Rob, great get on Gaddy. I wish i could have kept him but his cap cost was just too much. Hes a very solid solid QB and i still think he can be a quality starter for a few more years.
