I like the kid, he's got the goods where it counts mostly but will never show it in his overall thanks to the small holes in his game.

The editors of "The Most Wanted Outlaws" will be taking this week and the next 3 weeks to look at the huge class of rookies the Outlaws have under contract. Ira Bowman had the following commits about his very young team. I wanted to get most all the rookies in the game and save our more experienced players for later when regular season starts. Some how that message did not get delayed correctly between me and Coach Turnbull. We are also disappointed to announce that 3 veterans suffered injuries in yesterdays game. Now to look at our class drafted rookies. Then if any FA rookies had any promising thing we will mention that also.
1.1 QB Mandel The man that Las Vegas gambled on is starting to look like becoming a long shot at being a long term answer at QB. Starting to look like DT Hale might of been the better choice for LV. as the scouts now see Mandel a 48 but all the personal say they are going to give Mandel a couple years to prove himself. Before the NFL went broke (LOL) there were those who never believed in Joe Montana, or that Eli Manning would match anything his brother did. Eli got the championship the most times. Anyway yesterdays game. Mandel and company had a very shaky start 1 of 6 passing but finished the half with a respectful 8 of 16 for 172 yards, 2 TD and no INTs for a rating of 128.1 Welcome to the OSFL young man you got a lot to prove.
1.21 CB Poole one of only 2 picks our scouts now see more promise in the bumped him 1 point to 59. Game wise Poole got 3 tackles and 1 assist. Hoping to see more out of him.
2.2 TE Rudy Scouts have lowered his score to 45. Game wise Rudy was 1 for 1 and 3 yards.
3.32 RB Erickson scouts lowered his score to 27. Game he is one of the players that did not see action due to a miscommunication. We really wanted to see what his speed and elusiveness could possibly offer the team. We will make sure he sees action next week.
4.14 WR Lamb or is it Lamb-chop? Rating lowered 39. In the passing game he went 0 for 2, and returned 1 punt for 22 yards. If Lamb makes final cuts it may be for special teams.
4.28 G Kennedy he has really fallen in the scouts eyes to 34. He also did not see action but might of been a good thing he didn't.
4.30 G Page He also is being seen lower but has promise of being valuable to the team Score 48. No key blocks on 3 attempts
5.30 K Davidson We think he is now working as a dish washer for McDonalds we wish him the best of luck but when scouts looked closer and gave a score of 36 he was a easy cut.
6.2 FS Vines Our scouts are liking what they see from Vines. Vines is showing some gusto and heart so they raised his score by 3 points to 39 making him the most promising player to us. He did not disappoint came game time either. 1 tackle but he could be a game changer in just seconds. As he recovers a fumble and then makes the best of it. A 54 Yard fumble return for the TD. We loved seeing the hustle.
A few other rookies saw action, but nothing major wise. Over all with the huge number rookies we have it is starting too look like it might be a long season. We like some of the and feel they could be very solid backups. However for now they have the chance to prove the world wrong. The chance to win BIG in Vegas.Last edited by irabowman; 06-23-2015, 07:00 PM.

It was a very rough outing not only for the rookies of Las Vegas but even the veterans. Punxsutawney totally manhandled our whole team like it was a high school team.
QB Mandel: Was pulled from the game early 2nd quarter has the O\L was just letting the rookie get mauled for 5 sacks. Mandel went 2 for 4 and 26 yards.
All the rest of the rookies had just as bad a days, and this reporter is ready to go get drunk. So hopefully next week we will see better results.. We have heard also but don't have anything confirmed, that the rookies the team does not think will be seeing major time may be pulled. Now time to go get the Tequila.
