however if utah wins and phoenix loses phoenix is out due to losing head to head with the phills and the bees are back to back west champs unless motor city loses then phoenix is in due to beating motor city head to head

anyway after being interrupted by Mr Quagmire, back to the previews, the final wek of the season is about have's and have nots. 2 teams play to secure the division and 1 wilcard spot if both temas win they are both in if both lose...then i get a headache figureing out tiebreakers.

utah stormed out to a 10-2 record but has stumbled losing 3 of the last 4 only a upset of columbus has kept thier hopes of winning back to back division titles alive. those hopes were dashed in that costly win as qb Randy "bada bing bada" Boone went down to a back injury and wont be available for this game, a grizzlies den is no place for the fiant of heart. as the bees will send out journeyman Wendell Longhenry against a most stingy Denver D


i dont think the backup can do it as denvers new owner seems to have the same ideas as the old one DEFENSE. looks liek it will be a long day for Longhenry and he will be staring at the sky a lot

La vs Phoenix

The lst time Phoenix had 10 wins was in 2013 and they are looking to improve and secure Homefield for the first round. liek the mythical creature Tom Skeen has risen from the ashes to have one of his best seasons ever 25 a carrer high 25 tds and 3690 yards. he has willed this team to win beating powerhouses Utah and Columbus and pulling one out against Morgantown.

Skeen is focoused on his second ring and would liek to stay home for the playoffs. La wil have something to say about that they met in week 5 with the riders getting the win in a game that was closer than the score indicated.

"Skeen is a winnah" his former team's gm said and he has lived up to that billing.

these 2 teams split last year and Phoenix needs a sweep to control its own fate for the post season a loss will mean they will need utah and punx. to enuse a post season in the desert.

the biggest problem is the injury to DT wendell parrish, without him up front phoenix is thin upfront and it showed last week allowing 172 yds rushing and morgan town has nobody aas good as Mccumber.

this will be a manhood game LA will pound the rock and so will Phoenix. but in the end LA is playing it younger talent for next year so while they wont roll over for phoenix they wont have enough

Hmmm....wonder what the record is for rushing attempts in a game? Nothing I'd like better to pound the rock all day long and keep the ball out of Skeen's grubby fingers. Really, Jones at QB is the only youngster starting and he actually played decent last week. We would have had the win if not for that 100 yd kick off return. I thought I'd hit on a decent game plan so we'll see what we can do to the Riders with it. I know that I've got to pay more attention to that special team bar when looking at FA's and draftees next season.

Well I thought I had game planned it to run heavily but I'll have to go back and check as I know I toyed with the idea of being more balanced figuring you'd be ganging up on the run. I think however I didn't do anything with the game plan adjustments and when we got behind it started heaving the pigskin. My red zone offense has been terrible all season. Could have had a victory if we had converted any of those turnovers on your end into a TD rather then a FG. My defense just gives up too many big plays. I've still got a lot of work to do. I was glad to see Jones playing well these last few games though. McGarrahan's values dropped this season and Jones' potential is higher now so it looks like he'll be the starter next season. Hawley worked out well for me so I'm happy with that trade and Fears was a pretty good free agent pick up I thought. Still got to get better and deeper on the O-line though or McCumber will never reach his full potential. Of course having someone competent to game plan would help too....and of course if you guys decided to take teams in another conference I'd miss you but probably get over it.
