You can still export for TC, the problem is on my end, all of you that haven't download the file yet, or have exported already (but Charlotte) should be ready to go with the SIM.

After a problem with cap limits in the CFL I decided to write the following rule:

* Any team over the cap after the Rosters are finalised and ready for Week 1 (53 man Roster) will receive a penalty of 15 Draft positions in the First and Second Rounds of the following Draft.
