How different is it and how necessary is it?

From the release notes, it fixes two commissioner bugs related to entering draft picks manually and importing files. No differing contract amounts, or 7.1 users not being able to download stage files from 7.1a, that I'm aware of.

That should be it, but you guys should get up to date just in case.
