Well if I'm allowed to change the mascot, then Gainesville Gators would be preferred. Colors would be Orange and Blue of course. Can either use the UF script Gators logo OR a G like Green Bay and/or Georgia. G might be easiest for you to do.

Helmet Orange, lettering Blue...Or Helmet Blue, lettering White.
