I will say, the Motor City comparison was a stretch. The Mechanics have been a pretty solid team. Above .500 since inception. Probably more of a San Diego type. Never makes any noise when it gets to the playoffs, just like the Chargers.

But Boston has been pretty bad. The one year they did make the playoffs they went 8-8. Haven't had a winning season since 2008.
However... going back to my original statement.... Boston is also in the 2nd year of a new Owner... which is a story... plus the whole RB battle thing. The NFL LOOOOOVES to build storylines into games.

Nah, sounds like a 1pm game on CBS with Gus Johnson and Steve Tasker calling the game.

I love Gus as much as the next guy... but this is at least a Sunday Night game. Remember, Gardner alone has rushing titles, the single season reception record and is MVP/Off POY level. At this point in his career his NFL Pub would be LT(2) in his prime level.

Don't feel bad, they don't tell the new coaches in Detroit either.

Columbus and Memphis is a bigger game based on their history and the stars on both sides (Mathis, Tubbs vs. Cowell). Thats the Monday game. The Sunday game is maybe San Fran vs. Portland (with Castillo vs. Whalen).

                You're saying we're a QB league?
