The FA Stage 10, 11 and 12 sim is complete. All draft picks are on the teams. If I made a mistake with the draft please inform me immediately. Easily my worst draft ever. I am planning on moving Covington to guard so hopefully that helps; I think it will with his size and traits. I think FB Joe Fears will creep up a little bit; I certainly need his run blocking to improve or otherwise it will be a wasted pick. Damn I wanted Tom Church.

Usually, they will eventually give in and end their holdout. That can happen at any point including after training camp in which case they miss the benefits of training camp. However, I believe they take a loyalty hit when you wait them out. You can also choose to renegotiate their deal which immediately ends their holdout.

Yup. And sometimes you can get the full-fledged "past injustices" message from them if you wait them out, meaning they will never sign a contract with you again.
