Time Killer - Best draft pick ever, and worst

2007 Buddy Offord 2,9 TE (90/90) A future Hall of Famer in the second round. Offord has never dropped more than 2 passes in an entire season and has only 7 drops in his career. He is also the best blocking TE in the league. He is the total Package. The only thing he lacks is a Pro Bowl QB to get him the ball more.

2008 Omar Webster 1,20 C-G (53/53) Although not a complete bust he has never lived up to the hype surrounding his pick. He as started 74 games at C and LG but has never made an impact. He continues to hold on to his starting job each season. Once considered an annual Pro Bowler by the scouts he is just an average OSFL Starter with a lack of upper body strength.

Best Pick

(RB) Conrad Bronson, Illinois

-Quite possibly one of the best picks ever in OSFL history. Passed on by quite a few teams because of the red flag issues he had in college, North Liberty picked Bronson up with the 25th pick. Since that point, Conrad has been one of the most consistent rushers the league has seen rushing for over 1300 yards in each his first five seasons. He is also a reliable receiver out of the backfield having only dropped one pass in his career.


Worst Pick

(T) Bennie Saul, Morris Brown

-I had no idea of what I was doing during my first year of playing this game. The is painfully obvious with the Saul pick. He's not even a serviceable back-up. I think he's still on the team because of nostalgia.
