With the first pick of the 2012 Draft, the Charlotte Knights select:


CB Jeremy Camilleri of Alabama.

Screw you Pat. This is the first draft that I didn't trade down in the first round - that's included 1.3, 1.1, and 1.6 in the past. Camilleri is a beast. Probably the most impressive guy (for his position) I've seen outside of Parrish since I've joined the league. With two good young tackles, two good young DE's, and a highly rated RB (although I'm not so sure how good Thompson actually is), so Castillo was our other option at 1.1 and I don't think he's that big of an upgrade, currently or potentially over Skeen. I now have two shutdown corners - last years 15th overall pick Kendrick Mathis (65/69) and Camilleri (8999/9000). Welcome to the division Kaplan.

haha, I'm just joking about that. We did go 2-14 last year.

Boston picked. Is Brooklyn on autodraft from list? Is that what that "*" means?

Trevor Canada. I like him, but I guess you could call that the first mini-surprise of the draft.

* means they are on auto, but you can set a time frame for it - for example, it could be set up to auto after 30 minutes.

I think if it is set for a time, it says it next to the team name. As mine is set for 10 mins. I think Brooklyn is set to pick but it won't go...
