Lots of not Amenable Coaches requested, and lots of Coaches "Poachables" that were left alone... Again please when submitting your lists try to send me more than one name, so I have more options to choose. The ones that didn't send me more than a handful of names I tried to get the best coach available based in their descriptions or in the Coach requested.

Time to turn the page and set those Franchise tags + Tickets!

Really pleased that the Sharks could "poach" Brooklyn's Strength Coach mastermind Shawntae Matthews. He should improve dramatically our injury ratings this upcoming season. I expect one or two of my coordinators to receive Head Coach offers sooner than later, so all the talent we can get is not enough.

Didn't get a strength coach. Oh well. How can we poach a coach?

4 different GMs requested his services before your turn!

You may poach a Coach at the same level of responsibility, if you are 4 spots or more above the team of the targeted Coach during the Staff Draft and that Coach is in the last year of his contract. That's what I think at least.

You may also "promote" other yours or other teams coaches to superior responsibilities regardless the contract duration.

Next year I'll be more aggressive now that i understand the interpretation of this rule:

                      * You can only "Poach" a Coordinator / Assistant from another team, if they are in the last year of their contracts, and the teamīs Staff Pick is 4 or more below yours.

** Assistants can become Coordinators, Coordinators can become Head Coaches. No other options are allowed. p.e. you canīt hire a HC to be your coordinator, unless is unnemployed.
The way i read this is that you still had to give a staff member a promotion to be poached

No you don't. The first point applies for same level of coach. The second for promotions.

Some new blood on the coaching staff in paradise. Not quite ready to give up on the HC yet given past successes, but looking to be invigorated by a new offensive style. Let's go!

I know now, i mixed the two rules into one, doubling every restrictions, this is a bad read on my part (pardon my french), hence why i will be more aggressive next year as i know Gainesville got great finances year in year out.
