Impressed about the performance of our 3-way hydra backfield and specially with the defense who shot down Lake County completely during the whole game.
Rookie sensation Bart Poston did an excellent job as a dual-threat from the backfield in his regular season debut. 9 rushes 53 yards, 4 catches 38 yards. I just love this young RB, he reminds me to Ohio's HOF Clyde Grauman who owns the record of the votes (96%) for RBs to be inducted in the OSFL HOF.

Lots of familiars from the 3rd quarter by Lake County, keep working in that 2 TEs sets, they are flipping scary...

It was an odd start, our kicker returned and tackled himself on the opening kickoff.. Solid 26 yard return though.

After that, it was a game full of penalties and inefficient offense. We looked hot as could be in the first 7 minutes, then did absolutely nothing the rest of the way as Vegas cruised past us on their way to a pretty easy win. We'll be making some tweaks to prepare for next week. GG Vegas.

Get a nice win over Chicago on the road. QB played well, second string running back ran for over 120 yards, and defense did just enough to win. Can't whine about that.

Boston snuck away with a 13-10 victory over Camden. Had trouble stopping the run game however (180 yds allowed) but QB Axel Erickson proved he is still the man for the job. No sacks, no INTs by either side, each team executed well. Next week looking forward to playing at home for the first time.

Camden is famous in running the football as no one in the league... They are like the 2000s golden era Jets with Pennington / Sanchez at the helm.

So far posted in this thread Rookies 2 (Boston, North Liberty) - Veterans 0 (Chicago, Camden) the new players are making themselves know in the OSFL! Didn't have time to go through all the scores yet.

Love how we are bringing talent into the league! Keep it up guys! Still 7 AI controlled teams! We must get rid of them!

Just have to comment on the St. Paul game here. Former Spike, Bryson Noland, comes into the game on 2nd string, throws for 4 TDs, is awarded Offensive Player of the Week.

GG Los Alamos, Luca gave a strong game, hope he continues to throw for good yardage. Unfortunately his one throw was a pick 6, could have been the difference. Will look at my D Line arrangement here as well.

GG Julio, That firs 7 mins I thought you was going to kill us down 14 - 0 and you had around 150 yds offense and we had done nothing. Big bomb play to TE Shabastian who I resigned thru free agency. Sadly thou our QB who we drafted last year went down with injury shortly afterwards he is questionable for this upcoming week. Was also happy with our def as they shut down the Aces rest of the game for a unexpected season opening win 26 - 14

Our rookie kicker made his debut by missing two field goals in a game decided by 3 points. He'll be hearing about that for a while. Otherwise it was a largely mistake free game. Our offense did everything it is designed to do, and 13 points is the second fewest we've given up to Boston since the Axel Erickson era began.
