  • Quick and dirty, season predictions

That Henry Donovan holdout is messing with Port City's Superbowl expectations.

After few drops of our veterans, I expect a 12-4 season with another AC East championship and a divisional round loss... We really need to dig in really deep in our play-book to take advantage of our talents, is going to be a really hard season.

Thankfully the OSFL Owners are very lay down, they don't care about scores, they just love going to the Stadium and get drunk in the Luxury boxes.

Joined mid draft, issues with old contracts and dead cap space, coming off 4-12, did what I can to hopefully go 6-10. Trust the process as Joel Embiid would say

Well, I don't like losing, so I'm predicting we'll kick butt. Maybe not so much in our division, but in the rest of the league, we'll nail it. So...I think a ten win season is in the works. Take that!

I took over a 2-7 team last season and we were able to go 3-4 the rest of the way with. That might give me too much confidence, but I am hoping for a .500 season.

We have a strong defensive line led by veteran Lotter and joined by the young rookie, Ward. We also have a very strong LBs corps. If CB Hawkins can stay healthy we have a good shot of being s tough defense. Last season it showed signs of dominance. The offense was plagued by a lack of discipline. We were able to move the ball but came away with 3 when we should have had 7 and came away with nothing when we should at least had three. Farley has some stinkers last year, but he also had a few games when his passer rating was above 100.

If we can avoid penalties and injuries, e can have a modest winning season.

The Phoenix Flames have one of the youngest teams in the OSFL (25.8 average age) - We have 6 rookie starters in the lineup and very low cohesion in all position groups to boot - I will be happy with 7-8 wins in year one of the rebuild

Phoenix Riders. Back when the league first started, I initially started a team in Fort Wayne, Indiana, called the Fort Wayne Komets. After the league settled in with a complete g.m. list, there were too many teams in the midwest and I volunteered to move the Fort Wayne Komets to Phoenix to become the Phoenix Riders. Man, that was something like eleven years ago.

Amazing the number of teams that kept their "names" for as long as they did.
                            Thanks for sharing!
