  • Biggest Bust ever

Wally Lum has checked himself into the Hall of Shame after being selected with the 8th pick overall in 2008. Lum has likely caught his last pass. No one is quite sure what happened to this talented receiver once he left the University of Washington.

Kanas QB Chester Fleeger did not come with all the hype and went undrafted in 2009. He did however explode on the scene completing over 72% of his passes as a Rookie free-agent. His completion percentage rate is still an OSFL record but Fleeger finds himself suddenly out of work.

In 2009 Charlotte spent the 3rd pick in round 2 on massive 6'7" 326 LT Ross Holliday 186 snaps of the football he is out of work and a HUGE disappointment. Maybe the former Baylor Bear decided to hibernate.

This years crop of losers may come for the Running Back position with Tyrus Kaplan (1-25) and Junior Rutulante (2-7) looking like major busts. Although it is to early to tell.

But the next time you are at a game and your favorite wideout drops an easy catch don't be suprised when the fans around you screem " You LUM!!"

Wow, are scouts are quite different. We have Kaplan at a 30/44. Not great for sure, but not THAT bad. I guess we'll see.

I also have Kaplan at 30/45. I would say he is far from a bust. He has really good ratings at breakaway speed and speed to the outside. Plus, he has a solid rating at power inside. He doesn't look like much of a receiver and who knows if that 3rd down running will develop. His endurance is really low, but I think he could be really solid splitting time with another back.

I have had a ton of busts. I drafted two guards in the 2nd round of the 2009. I think both are retired. My first round pick from last year is something like 27/27, and sitting on the FA wire.

My scout has him at 30/46. But a first round pick should become at least a solid starter. This year's picks are pure speculation on my part. Time will tell.
