GG Juilo & Aces , We played the Aces another good tight game and I felt out played the 1st half but had to settle on to many FG's Then in 4th QT we threw a costly INT and they returned 54 yrds for the game winning score of 35 - 31. Two games with Yuma total score 69 - 60 I feel we held our own but Yuma is still king of the gridiron. Even with the loss we slip into the playoffs thanks to the Waco victory last week and N. Liberty back to back losses. I hate seeing them lose, but it also feels good to make the playoffs my first time to finish regular season 10 - 6.

Next up in WC game we face Chi Town in the Windy city, They will be looking for revenge against us, and to pop our bubble. Hopefully the Cinderella story continues.

GG again, dude. Another hard fought win against your guys, who played outstanding once again. Really not interested in meeting you a 3rd time in the playoffs, but if it happens I expect yet another high scoring game that comes down to the final minute.

Your offense is one of only 2 offenses who really seemed to do much against our defense this year, but we have some incredible playmakers on that side of the ball which fortunately came through this week in crunch time. CB Rico Greer ended up with back to back double digit interception seasons and clinched the game this week with that pick 6. He's been an incredible addition to the team, even registering 100 total tackles this year for us to go along with the interceptions. He has to be in the running for DPOY.

Another huge player for us has been LB William Neale, who is putting up CB level coverage numbers for us, no doubt a big part of what keeps our defense as stingy as it was this season against the pass. We allowed an opponent QB rating of 57.5 and only gave up 7 TD passes on the year. If that isn't the recipe then I don't know what is.

Looking forward to the playoffs, hopefully we can keep it rolling and snatch another ring for this bunch.

gg port city and well deserved win -- we were no match. congrats to everyone making the playoffs -- I'm positive about our next season in Memphis. If my math is right we got the 15th pick in the draft, which is around my favorite place to pick (usually the talent level is still great, and for a much lower cap hit than a top 5 pick).

As no midweek requested, league will advance as Scheduled tomorrow.

Good luck to all the playoffs teams. After the Wildcar games we will accelerate the Schedule and get ready for the new Season! Enjoy!

I would suggest, at the very least, a larger than normal break between the end of the season and the beginning of the next. I have a feeling that people are more willing to join at the beginning than the end.

              However...
              1. I join mid season(start of the first game) because New Orleans was available.
              2. I think it is actually better; get a better feel for where your team is at without your input.

I am not sure if every one thinks like me or if I am an oddball.

GG Memphis, You had me a little worried going in so, I was pleased with the result.

Now time to try and get the monkey off my back. Excited to have made the playoffs earning home field for the wild card round, but apprehensive as hell facing the Warhawks in the first round. Waco's been beating me down game after game since joining the OSFL.

A 7-6 finish usually means a pretty ugly game. When the player of the game is a QB who only threw for 60 yards that ugliness is confirmed.

Sill nice to get a win over Boston (our first in 6 years), even if they are AI controlled. Unfortunately we weren't able to knock them out of a playoff spot as that would have required a North Liberty win as well.

Also winning 3 of our last 4 to avoid our worst ever season record is nice. Even if all it really accomplished was to hurt our draft standing next season.

Good luck in the playoffs for those of you who made it.
                  Except of course for Boston.

We will have a few days break as usual so the potential new managers, as you said, have the time to get into the league. But preferably the new season will start in 10 days now that the playoffs are on their way. Take in consideration that teams out of contention have started their offseason now. Wouldn't be too good for them to wait more than 14 days, for example, for another season to stay.
