Dont really understand weight Training.. Have painstakingly gone through a lot of players on my roster and every one that says Weight is low, it Says further bulking up will have no affect for this player. And all the ones that say weight is High it Says further timing down will have no affect for this player. Whats the point of all this if it wont let me Weight Train anyone?
Also on creating the Playbook.. Letting Rex do it, there is one setting called Offense Threshold.. In the help file all it says this is a bounce to plays in your Off Coord Style and is defaulted to 15... Ok.. What does that mean.. What if I changed it to 40? Or 50? What does it do?
Thanks!

Only mild variations to adjust the player to the targeted weight will be possible. Refer yourself to the weight tables in Offensive and Defensive Philosophy within the help document.
2) If you mark 0 as an offensive treshold Rex will try to generate the plays that suit your OC's philosophy. It won't be perfect, but will be acceptable at least. Bear in mind that play-books in the NFL have different phylosophies in them, not only West Coast or Spread, but Smash Mouth and Balanced concepts are also included.
If you set the treshold to 40-50 plays generaror will be more random.Miami Sharks (BLB)

After the Staff Draft there is some reflections that I would like everyone to know, when you select a Coach be sure that is focused in what you want for them, as they are a little bit different than in real life.
Head Coach --> Motivation, Discipline, Interviewing should be the higher bars to aim for. Then player development and young players, or Scouting if you want to rely more on scouting than on development.
Coordinators --> Mainly Play calling and Scouting. Interview and young players come next.
Strength Coach --> You want the best in avoid injuries (The 2nd bar).Miami Sharks (BLB)

My scouts lowered Fry's new rating after training camp. Hope it can rebound after the Ex. games. Went from 69-61 future rating.
Nice to see B. Noland find a home in St. Paul for a steal of a price. Dont know how an agent would be asking for 25 mill one day and the next day after LFA drop to 1.5 mill....You got a reliable QB STP.Utah Bees
