  • Do former players become coaches in FOF

I noticed that Memphis' new HC is named Karl Benjamin and I said to myself "That name sounds familiar." I thought back and realized that there was a star ILB named Karl Benjamin who played for Columbus and retired last year. The coach is 35 so it could be him. Any thoughts?

Yes, former players will become coaches. So he would be the one and same ILB from Columbus I would say.

Like Cringer said, yes. In another NFL MP league I'm in I had Marcus Pollard as an offensive coordinator, and a damn good OC at that.

I hope some former Phantoms eventually become coaches. Even if their ratings/reputations aren't as good as others, I would probably still try to bring them in.

I got dibs on Jesse Zeiders whenever he becomes a defensive coordinator.

He is going to have to when those Bombers checks don't show up in the mail.

                  Thank you.

We may do drugs here, but we don't sell! We're better than that.

I propose a league rule that teams should have right of first refusal on giving coaching gigs to former players.

You think Clements is going to be a HC. I'm going to hire him just to spite you.

It's in name only, fyi. Their coaching skills do not correlate to their skills as a player.
