Clearly, I made better gameday adjustments.

We made things interesting this time by digging a 17-0 hole, but then we rattled off 28 straight points during the next 7:30 of game time and hung on to remain undefeated. Martin Cothran totaled 301 all-purpose yards (247 passing, 54 rushing) and accounted for 4 TDs, while Eric Fleming finally got on the board with his first 2 TDs of the season. Big ups to Louie Green, who totaled 14 solo tackles on D.

After six games, we've now equaled our win total from last season. Hopefully we can keep it going on the road next week against our closest divisional competition, Southern Maryland.

        Good game New Orleans.
Good game, Cringer. Another nail biter, but this time we finally win one.

Good to see the team bounce back this week, but we started having issues in the second half and barely got out with a win. 5-1 is good, but we still aren't hitting on all cylinders yet with the exception of rookie DE Sneller. He has been playing his ass off.

Back to life, back to reality.

Lost two in a row, starting to look like the team I thought we were. Still 3-2 and in first in our awful division. Our pass defense continues to suck and certain highly rated players continue to under perform.

Offensively, we were scared to throw the ball more than 4 yards in the rain. I've come to the conclusion that Kaplan is Rex Grossman. All or nothing baby.

Are you starting all of your posts with song lyrics from now on? It would be a pretty sweet schtick.

That would be pretty sweet. Plus I wonder how long one could keep that up...
