"Pride. 'Knights Pride' is a phrase you will be hearing a lot around the Carolinas and across the nation from our out of town Knights fans. We need to start to take pride in what we do as an organization, as a team, and as individuals. This change is more than a new helmet. It is a new way of doing things.
"It's not a coincedence that we're unveiling these today, the same day the draft class is unveiled. We wanted to unveil our new design and outlook the same day that our front office gets a look at the 2010 OSFL draft class to let these kids know what we're about. We expect our guys to be solid football players of solid character, who take pride in what they're doing and in what they're a part of. The last few years, the Cougars haven't given the guys much to be prideful of. The Knights will."
