Just best team management based on wins and losses. I didn't get any nominations except for myself so I added everyone with a good record. I would have put the 10-6 teams on here too, but it was you can only put 10 items on a poll and there were 4 more teams to put on the list. I didn't want anyone thinking that I left them out so i just put the top teams on there. Hopefully next year, we can get more nominations to make it based on trades/free agency gains/yearly performance...etc.
