I actually wanted to lose (not that I didn't gameplan 100%) -- as to lose meant about 10 spots in the draft (just a guess)


good game Clay --- Billy Joe would have won that easily for you --- I almost started bitching that you purposefully evaded ILB Melton so I would not get the T record --- but then I see you were plugging it away 16 times up the gut ---- I do have to file a petition to get one of those assists changed to a T so I can tie the record....

QB Francis failed me as I ended up tied in 2nd place with 17 Fumbles behind Randy Richardson's 19.....

We get beat. But I was happy. Kaplan played pretty well until he got into Denvers red zone. He threw 3 picks there. Need to turn those into TDs.
I need some holes filled. lots of picks including a top 5 and a top 15.
If this draft is better then last year, I love my trade.
GG Denver and good luck in the playoffs. A all AC West Finals would be great.

Wow. It shouldn't have been that much of a battle, but that was a tough game. Dramatic ending to guarantee our first playoff appearance in league history. :)

Edit: The great news is that we are completely healthy for the first time all year.

We had a defensive brawl with Vegas, but came out with a close win to secure a bye without anything extremely bad happening.. I think Otis Vaughn getting injured hurts us, but not too much.

Dean Boshier has been battling the "rookie wall" it seems, so hopefully a week off will help him get some good work in in a couple weeks.

Fitting end to a DISAPPOINTING season. 4 turnovers in the final week put us at -3 for the season. 1-5 in divisional games doomed us and now we must sit and watch the postseason for the first time.

North Liberty gets revenge against Chicago, 32-0. This was without most of my starters playing at all. This is very promising, however, I really don't want to face St. Paul again, sheesh. Can't you guys just hand the division over quietly?
