I actually think we played our best game of the year tonight. The funny thing is, the gameplan I submitted to FOF was almost the opposite of what we played. I guess I still don't have a good grasp of this game when it comes to gameplanning... but it worked well tonight. Madison went for 259 and a TD to continue his growth. This sounds stupid, but I actually hope we don't get the first pick. I'd probably just trade down and depending on the type of draft class that pops up, we might not get much value.

One funny thing about this game that I thought about here and there during the Solevision is that before the trade with elprez and NLB, Clay and I talked for a second about Pat Siegrist. I tried to get Ken Clements for Siegrist more or less... now seeing how my team competed this year I'm glad to have the picks, but I wonder how things would have turned out both ways if that trade might have gone through. Clay, with MC at 6-7, do you think it would have made a difference?

I'm not Clay but you made the right move. Clements wouldnt have put you in the Playoffs. You are in the toughest division in the league with Morgantown, Gainesville and Columbus and it takes 10 wins to make the playoffs in the NC South. I'm actually scared of your team in the future w/ Madison and the picks you have over the next few years.

The game featured 3 INTs, 5 fumbles, 4 missed FGs, and a missed extra point. Not what you'd expect from two elite teams, but Memphis is happy with the 30-20 win. I was worried about playing Cowell with a sprained knee. He didn't play great, but he played well enough.

Best of luck to you the rest of the way, Yuma.
I really hope we have a rematch.. It was a hard fought game, lots of back and forth, but we just couldn't get going early and had way too many missed opportunities. Wasn't really the game I thought it was going to be, as sloppy as it was.

Nice win though - We'll be on the war path, trying to meet up with you down the road.

Port city got hit with the turnovers, 3 or 4 total. Each one came at a crucial point in the game. We were up 13-7 chance to make it 21-7 and we turned it over. Chance to take the lead in the 4th qtr and we turned it over. We have been pretty much mistake free the last 5 or 6 games and it caught up with us tonight.. Good Game Las Vegas.

I think my team would be a little bit better. Clements has been good, but Alexander (the Rook) has been good as well. While my WRs have dropped a lot of balls and not bailed me out much. But, I think the hangup was some add ons that killed it. I think my teams, more or less, what they would have been.
                  The Great One!

Not lately, but I did a bit of it last season. Wanted to see if I could make things work the way I wanted them too. I haven't gotten to that point yet, but I do know how to nudge things in the right direction(offensively) now.

Ah... I meant that because all the team names listed in your players of the week list were the NFL team names... not the OSFL one's.
