Relocating/Changing Mascot

What are the rules about changing my mascot? It looks like I can change the name of my team this offseason but would have to wait until after next season to move the team, which is fine. Can I and/or how would I change the mascot of my team? Thanks.

To you, Aaron, and anyone else thinking about relocating:

When I started this league, people wanted to use cities that weren't available in the cities list that comes with FOF. To combat this problem, I used a city editor utility that someone over at FOFC designed and I changed the city names of nearby cities to be what people are using in this game. Philadelphia became Camden, etc. So depending on which city people wish to relocate to, those cities may not be in the game anymore. Additionally, I'm reasonably but not totally confident that my edits had no effect on existing cities that I didn't modify, but I would at least use the city editor to double check things like temperature and coordinates of any proposed relocation cities to make sure they are correct before we allow relocation to them.

If anyone has any questions about this, post here or drop me a PM. We just need to be careful if we relocate anyone because I'm not totally sure the existing city information in the city file is correct. It's correct for all the cities currently in use in the league, but I can't vouch for those that aren't.
