Hopefully my team can play like this in the regular season..

Boren got a pick six and another sack. Rookie Monty Hodges had 2 sacks, a forced fumble, and a recovered fumble. I liked what I saw from Mark McKoy, he had 2 picks, but he was 3/3 with 3 conversions on third down, and 2/2 inside the red-zone. I still need to figure out how to get my running game started.

Lots of good stuff to say....but it's preseason, so I don't believe any of it.

Well, point of emphasis this preseason is

a: develop a run game behind our new offensive line
          b: improve our defensive packages
          c: protect the quarterback
d: stop turning the ball over

          and with this game we

a: ran for over two hundred yards with no fumbles
b: got good play from the young defensive squad while vets saw limited action
c: our backup qb got sacked, but he's playing like a third stringer
          e. limited turnovers

          so we're coming along nicely. . .

now when the trade with Skydog is completed, we'll be better overall defensively. . .

We decided to take it easy this week. Roll all 3 QB's... back off all the starters early. Nothing much to report.

I think I have perhaps the worse team in the league. We are playing for the #1 overall pick. Already thin at CB, I lose my starter for 7 weeks with a broken foot. I had 120 yards total offense.

I'm loving our defense, our offense still needs some fine tuning. Either way we are looking better though. Hopefully, Maltman got all the dropsies out of his system last year, if so, we lookout for Allen to Maltman!!!!!!

Another week, another loss. My defense got completely shredded by Columbus' first team offense. Never good when the other team completes 13 of their first 14 passes. Our offense was pathetic as usual and my rookie RB fumbles twice on 9 carries. Jamie Scoggins was awful again this week, he's looking like a complete bust. We couldn't score when we got into the redzone, committing back to back penalties when we got down to the two yard line.

Other than that, all is well in Denver.

Yea, that was one ugly game for us. The rookie Joel Duncan did not like that gameplan at all.

Well my first round pick, CB Paul Strickland looked like a rookie but he did show that he can play run D. It looks like my offense is going to be pretty good this preseason and I think keeping the offense together and not making any drastic changes is going to help.

LOL, when started off I think 0-3 with 3 picks... I ALMOST felt bad... then I realized I still had the same crappy offense and I really didn't feel that bad for your team anymore.
