FOF 8 playbook/gameplan menu?

I bought FOF8 last night. I have version 8.0b.

I am at the training camp stage but I can't find anywhere to do my playbook or to edit my gameplan from week to week. After reading the help file, I understood that these options should be in the Game Day sub menu in the "Put Yourself In the Front Office" window.

I am also having an issue when I open up the roster window, the window seems to be broken up into different parts on my screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From another league, an owner was having issues with the graphics.

Fixed it.

So I switched from windows classic backdrop to an aero. Found on the sole faq board. Yep

Playbook is under Gamday --- Planning --- Playbook.

Offensive and Defensive gameplan are the options under that.

I am still running XP. I never bothered to upgrade because FOF7 worked fine on it.

Yeah...those options don't even show up for me on the gameday menu. Not even grayedd out. They are just not listed.

I think switching themes still works on XP, maybe.. But damn. That's some dark ages stuff.

I saw another owner say that FOF8 wouldn't run on XP. I didn't look any further though because I don't have any XP machines left.
