Wow, what a grind of a game. In the early going, we had some opportunities to really leap out and take control, but we couldn't. Our defense was absolutely suffocating in the snow in the first half, and we maintained a lead.. The second half was just a war of attrition. Neither team could do jack offensively in this one, although Morgantown made a hell of a run late to try and take it.. We held at our own 3 yard line to seal the game. Man it was an ugly one. I'll blame the lack of offense on the weather I guess, but we will definitely need to do better in order to take down Utah in the title game. Syron is playing some great football.

GG Morgantown.. That was a close contest and one slight slip up would have lost it for us. Good luck next season.

Can't believe it!

I dont think Ive ever thought about a game plan so hard and it actually got results. Denver is an awesome team and I didnt think I had any chance at all. Im excited to make a Tobacco Bowl and contribute to the humbling legacy that Aston started in Utah so many seasons ago.

Yuma. My hats off to you. This league is tough. Cant say that enough.

Syron and Collins playing in what could be their final game, in Utah at least.

Just realized the game we had with Morgantown was played in 33 degree weather and snow.. In Yuma. A place where it snows once every 15 or 20 years MAYBE. Hell, they only get like 5 inches of rain a year there. Wild.

GG, but an uuuugly one. Kind of a bizarre ending. I was yelling at the coach to punt with 3 minutes or so left on the clock and in FG range for YOU! Instead, went for it, missed it, but a penalty gave us the first down. Might have felt bad if we had actually scored to take the game after that. Naaaaaaawwwww... We'da taken it! 4 stops from inside the 3 for Yuma sends us packing. A great defensive stand to all but seal the game.

Oh well.. two years in a row a NL Bridesmaid.

It was certainly a weird call, I was cursing out loud when our penalty gave you the first down. I thought for sure that was the end of our season and you guys were gonna score with like 25 seconds left, leaving us scrambling to complete a pass longer than 3 yards for a change, and drowning in the futile effort to overcome the position we put ourselves in. We got lucky to avoid that.

Both games were almost bizarrely even, it was interesting looking at the box scores.
