The season that could have been.

Finish off with a 7-9 record to tie Phoenix. Take 2nd in the division with the tiebreakers.

Good season, finally came together as a team, winning games efficiently and with better turnover prevention. Lost a lot of games by a FG, 1 in OT. Definately could have been a playoff team unfortunately doesnt alway work out.

Good luck to the teams that get to keep playing and may Syron get a sip of glory next year.

Some day I'll learn not to try too hard with my gameplans when my season is over, but we cost ourselves some draft position again. Hopefully not too bad but I just like winning, even if I start some rookies to get them experience.

Morgantown avenged one of the blemishes on their season record, defeating division rival Gainesville 27-16. The win secured HFA in the National Conference for the Marauders. Carleton Jaffe came up big with two picks, ending the season with 6. Bob Miller added a sack and a half to finish the year with 11.5.

Very pleased with the team this year. They really exceeded my expectations. Now for a bye week to heal up a player or two, and hopefully keep this train rolling in the playoffs.

This is probably the last hurrah for this group anyway. I wanted to be as healthy as possible since we are probably the worst team in the playoffs on paper.
