  • Week 13

GG Nemisis & Huntsville. Las Vegas sports channels lead off saying amazing last two week the NFC West goes 8-0 is it possible this division is slowly improving? Defense kept us in the game they bent a lot but also made some huge plays none larger than DT Quarles pick 6 of 95 yards, the man proved he can run. Local Wal-Marts also have reported a high jump in sales of Phil Davis jerseys many of the fans say they realize he only has 2 games under his belt but both are wins even if ugly. But when they come last few seconds game, and in OT these are things us fans are not use too it is exciting. Could next year be a possible playoff run for us?

Bucky Aska has been putting the ball on the ground a LOT lately. I can't say that totally cost us a game today, but two fumbles, one in a highly critical situation didn't help. Leading by 1 with a chance to get to the two minute warning with a first down to force Brooklyn into using all their time outs, Aska instead fumbles on our own 40 yard line.

With field position and a hot hand on the day, it wasn't long before Bunting drove Brooklyn down the field for a go ahead touchdown with less than a minute remaining. Needless to say, there was no comeback in order from that.

I had trepidation going into this game, wondering if we would be able to handle that passing attack and, it turns out, those fears were not unfounded. Bunting passed for 358 yards, and our D simply didn't have an answer for stopping the onslaught. As for Aska, he already had his punt return duties stripped away. Looks like he's now my third string RB. Simply can't trust the ball in his hands.

GG Brooklyn... See you down the road in the playoffs, perhaps.

GG Born2Run1963. Just glad to get a win here over a very good MOR team. You guys gave us all we could handle we were just lucky to get out with win.

Before the Aska fumble, how about the 83 yard TD by Kennedy Clancy! I guess he was just mad that we released him. What a game by him going 5-159-2. How come he didnt have games like that in BKL!!!

That was a fun game with both team combining for almost 1000 yards! Fun game but where's the D?!?!?!

I hope we dont see you again MOR.. Good luck rest of the year.

Yeah, that was an unusual game for Clancy. I'm usually yelling at him over dropped passes. He's been decent to good, but Franzwa has been the one on fire. And there were certainly a LOT of big plays in this game. The defenses musta been playing slip and slide in the rain.

3rd straight 100+ yard receiving day for the Pee Fly and Arturo Bowler looks like he should've been my starter since the start of the season.

The latter is weird, at least.

                gg rob

We couldn't stop you guys moving the ball at will and turnovers ended up being our downfall on offense after a bright start

This was a close game that either team could have won. Our defense just forced a few more turnovers.
