GG, Nem. Erickson had his worst game of the season, tossing three picks. Looks like he was having a pretty miserable day, really, until Jerry Buchanan broke one loose in overtime. Looks like Huntsville is happy to have a new owner already!

We survive, but we're going to be without Erickson for a couple of weeks. That knee isn't something to mess with. Our QB depth is going to be tested.

Elsewhere in the division, one week after a shellacking at the hands of Brooklyn, the Chicago Reapers knock Camden from the ranks of the undefeated. Well done, King!

Brooklyn themselves nearly came down from their high in a big way, but a field goal in the closing seconds put them over St. Paul. That's too bad.

Offense continues to underwhelm but we squeeze out the win to get back to .500.

that was some weird play-calling with less than a minute to go by punting the ball
that was by far Qb Gaddy's best game of the season, and WR Tartabull out for the season...special teams will be tough without him

Dude, my coaches just flat out refuse to go for it on 4th down. Look at the stats. We've attempted zero 4th down conversions this season. Last year, we attempted only 2. It's weird, to say the least. They have done this before, earlier this season.

Still, even with that, Gaddy continues to have fun against our defense. He is a nightmare for us for some reason. This week he did enough to beat us, and our offense was too sputtery to really establish anything. GG man.

Couldn't overcome the turnovers today, or stop Gainesville's rushing attack. Morgantown suffers their first loss of the year, and to a division rival.

          GG Gainesville!

GG Columbus, 4 turnovers did us in, considering 2 of them was pick 6's. So had we not made those huge mistakes this could of been maybe 13 - 10 win but is a 24 - 13 loss. Gainsville is up next.

Tried an interesting GP that didn't get sacks, but got some INTs that I didn't think it'd get. So that's good. Yeah, knee injuries are no joke.

It was a good game right down to the end, glad to see we made it competitive.

I'm assuming you've bumped things up from Rex? Once I have a decent offense I got for it way more than the game recommends.

                    Week 9

Big win to keep us atop the ACN.

We've got a pretty good run game going and with Vodka at center, we can still throw the ball effectively ehrn necessary. I now feel like I wasted a lot of Granberry's career forcing a team that didn't fit him.

While we aren't championship material, this is one of my favorite teams because we are winning as "a sum greater than our parts."

We had a good bye week, with a couple starters coming back from injury for us next week. Unfortunately, Brandon Brennan who was our best injured player looks like he's going to take another week or two before he's ready to suit up. Not that it's going to matter against Waco...
