I figured it would cost us draft position, but since this would likely be Douglas' last game with the Totems I figured he should play in it. He threw for over 300 yards and 3 touchdowns including a 62 yard TD pass in overtime for the win to Jude Hutchins (Also likely in his last game as a Totem.)

It was a fitting way to send them out.

Playoff bracket set

Rested my main offense and took a loss. Nelson gets his first of hopefully many starts in this league. Nothing special generated though. Luthor Lyon's last play call of a potential Hall of Fame career?

Good season for my division, everyone seemed to bring a good effort this year with Los Alamos getting 6 wins in a tough division and conference, to the juggernaut of the AC West, Denver.

Now, Punxatawny is my matchup for the wildcard game. Will he see our shadow, or will his shadow cast a monolith over ours. Best of luck to those fortunate enough to be still playing this season.

Strange my 0/0 QB with no bars other than Kick Holding couldn't get it done. In his 11 year career this was his first game to ever play QB in. I would have played my star but whats the point, why risk injury. Instead the game just put out another WR of mine for 7 weeks with a dislocated knee.

GG, rando. We got the jump on Brooklyn after going 0-2 in the regular season against them. Our QB recovered from some early season speed bumps to finish relatively strong. Our RB tandem looks like a lot of my favorite RB tandems over the years, except for the part where the team had 30 fumbles. Yikes!

Our scrubs played pretty well for the most part and we managed to keep Ciszek quiet. I am expecting a lot tougher Gladiators team over the next couple of seasons.

Way to send us into the playoffs with a confidence boost, haha.

We saw this week what happens when the defense slips for us. The offense isn't good enough to get it done, even when some wild events occur like they did this week at the end of what was looking like a blowout loss. We could have won by more than a score if we capitalized on all the late Vegas miscues in full, but it was not to be. The give up punt we had at the end was particularly disheartening when we were only down 4 with a minute left. Coach just wanted to get the troops ready for the next game I guess.

GG man, we'll try and do the division proud.

Week 17

Nice to put the beat down on Garion before he turns this team around and starts to take our lunch money. Logan Baxter, a rookie undrafted free agent, took two interceptions back to the house which was exciting.

In the end, we go 11-5 but that is not good enough with the new "King of the North." For our efforts we are rewarded with a trip to to Waco, who has proven that we are no real obstacle to their success.

That was week 2 of backups and young guys getting playing time. Don't think our QB situation is any closer to making sense to me. really don't think our QB of the future is on the roster. Maybe I'm wrong there.

Can we sim the playoffs all in one sim so we can get to the draft already? Sheesh. :P
